As a followup to my two earlier posts about Jewish Graceland, this is part 1 of Hebrew Benevolent Cemetery, which occupies the land in between the north and south sections of Jewish Graceland. (Be sure to check out this post and this one for the back story on this if you haven’t already!)
While many of the stones here are also old, worn away and broken, the cemetery as a whole is much more well-kept than Jewish Graceland.
If you liked this post, be sure to read Jewish Graceland Cemetery, Part 1 (North Side), Jewish Graceland Cemetery, Part 2 (South Side), and Hebrew Benevolent Cemetery – Part 2.
